Q1. Do you hire crates to domestic users?
A1. Teacrate can only supply to UK registered businesses. If you would like to hire crates for a personal move, please visit the British Association of Removers web site where you will find details of removal companies that supply our crates - http://www.bar.co.uk

Q2. Do you sell crates?
A2. Because of our special relationships with crate manufacturers we can offer new crates at big discounts. We can also sell you used crates at knockdown prices.

Q3. Can I have anything printed on new crates?
A3. Yes. The simplest option is to have letters stamped on the side. Other options include using a printing block for more complicated logos, or even full colour image transfers.

Q4. How long does it take to get new crates?
A4. Depending on colours and printing options, between one and four weeks

Q5. How much notice do you need to deliver crates to me?
A5. We deliver next day as standard, providing we get your order before 17:30. We are usually able to deliver orders placed after 17:30 or on the same day but these orders will incur an additional"emergency delivery" charge.

Q6. How will you bill me and how do I pay?
A6. Teacrate operates a standard 30 day credit agreement for all our customers. You will be billed at the end of the month for activity on your account in that month.You can settle your account by cheque or BACS. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. Please call or email support@teacrate.com for our bank details.

Q7. Will you move my office / store my equipment?

Q8. Do you do anything other than crate rental/crate hire?
A8. Yes we sell consumables such as seals, bubble wrap and labels
